10th December 2021 - Advance Fee Fraud Scam

On 10th December 2021, telephone number +982182840844 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Fatemeh Ani working for Iranian Offshore Engineering and Construction Company using email address mrsfatemehani@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

It has been my dream to invest in your region long time ago most especially your country but I have been searching for someone whom I will entrust over my Investment proposal as my position in the office I am not having much free time to travel except if there is assignment along with our corporate executives/top management but since I contacted you I feel reassured that we can work together.

Am interested in investing $ 9 million USD in your country and I will be glad if you can assist me in handling my investment in your country and I do not want my company to know of my personal investment as I wish to relocate to your country to settle down and start up a new life due to the strict laws enforced on the freedom of women here in my country Iran which women face severe punishment for violations of any of the strict laws.
