On 28th June 2021, telephone number +97165282533 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Dr. Muhammadi Ghulam working as HR Director for Emirates Lube Oil Company Limited using email address hr@elcouae.com and fake website elcouae.com as part of an Employment Scam.
Here is the email that the scammer sent to his victims.

Greetings of the day from the EMIRATES LUBE OIL COMPANY LIMITED - U.A.E,
After a careful evaluation of your application for the position mentioned in the attached contract agreement document, we are glad to inform you that you have been confirmed in our organisation.
Your monthly salary will be as stated in the enclosed contract agreement document.
Benefits, Allowances and entitlements information is clearly described in the enclosed contract agreement document.
Your start date as stated on the contract shall be 01/04/2021, if you will need an extension to the mentioned starting date, kindly notify us via email.
After going through the contract agreement document, we simply need you to fill in your details as required, your signature on the last page to confirm your acceptance.
