On 23rd February 2023, telephone number +971586335915 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Ignacio Acuna Ortiz using email address ortiz.projectcapitals@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

It is important to emphasize that, for transactions of this magnitude; trust, confidentiality and sincerity shall be paramount. As the Mandate Holder / Broker to the investor who is a high worth personality that seeks utmost confidentiality because of his political background, I can assure you that the only way this business loan / investment transaction can effectively be carried out is to follow my instructions and we shall successfully accomplish it within the shortest possible time frame. I have meticulously read through your communique / submission and it appealed to me as being quite astute in private entrepreneurship thereby leaving no doubt in me towards your ability to handle an investment business transaction which we would all gain if we work in tandem and harmoniously.

Kindly forward a historical evaluation of your business plan (if it is an already existing project or state if it is a new project).
