Here is the email that the scammer sent to his victims.
We offer a Non-collateral loan facility at a low Interest Rate of 3%
annually for a duration of 10 years with a 12 months grace period.
The categories of Loan facility offered include but not limited to:
Business Loan, Personal Loan, Company Loan, Mortgage Loan, Debt
consolidation and financial funding for both turnkey and mega projects
etc.
We also pay a 0.5% commission to brokers, who introduce project owners
for finance or other opportunities.
