On 21st November 2021, telephone number +971527233867 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Nasser Hassan working for Dubai Islamic Bank using email address markobinnay2k@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. on October 1, 2021, in light of the ongoing issues caused by the
coronavirus pandemic.

Following discussions with the BIE, participating countries and key
stakeholders, the UAE government has proposed that the event starts on
