REQUIRED SECURITY IS BASED ON BELOW OPTION:

1. The borrower will be subject to obtain surety bond Insurance through our authorized Insurance Company to guarantee the amount of loan required from us in case of default on (Non collateral basis) exclusively for foreign based companies, entrepreneurs and Investors.

2. The Borrower will provide a perfected first lien and security interest in all assets, now owned or hereafter acquired on (Collateral basis) exclusively for United Arab Emirates registered stock companies.
