14th December 2019 - Rental Scam
On 14th December 2019, telephone number +919953152806 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Sarah using email address ramharttpenrod@gmail.com> as part of a Rental Scam.
Here is the email that the scammer sent to his victims.
with a guest bed for Visitor, One shared kitchen. You can rent the
room for long term or short term .. my stay here is long term i will
not be moving back any time soon that is the reason why i am renting
out the apartment. Registration at the address is possible
These are my flat pictures, take a look and get back to me as soon as possible,
If you like the apartment and you are interested, I'll only need your
details to prepare a lease tenancy contract agreement which will be
send to your mail.. The lease tenancy contract agreement will be sent
already signed by me .. so that the stress will not be much for You ..
You will print, sign and scan it back to me, then you will make the
payment of the caution fee plus the first month rent to me , after you
make the payment . You will come back to me with the scan copy of the
receipt of the payment which stand as a prove of the payment, and the
flat keys will be posted to you immediately through DHLcourier which
you will receive within 48hrs. after i post it from here.... Your

Here is the email that the scammer sent to his victims.
The apartment is vacant now you can move in as soon as possible if you
want to:) :) You can rent the room starting from January, You have to
make a reservation for the room, because the response i am having,
most people wants to stay for a year or six months, so if you will
rent the room, then you will have to reserve it, so i can send the
