On 7th January 2025, telephone number +919654633979 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Bhaskaran Iyer working for Reserve Bank of India using email address info@rbindia-in.org as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
Here is the email that the scammer sent to his victims.
I am so grateful and deeply touched by your reply to this sacred matter. My apologies for the delay in responding. I want you to know that I have placed my trust and hope in you and in God Almighty. Please, I ask you from the depths of my heart, do not let me down. I have only a few months left, and fulfilling this mission is my greatest wish before I depart this world.

Kindly send them an email, introducing yourself as the appointed beneficiary of my funds. Please keep me informed of their response and any progress so I may follow along with you.
