2nd March 2018 - Employment Scam
On 2nd March 2018, telephone number +917710936670 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Richard Bale using email address canadaembass_visaprocessing@mail.com as part of an Employment Scam.
Here is the email that the scammer sent to his victims.
Dear, New Staff,
Good Day !!!
Our Human Resource Department got your application and interview form and your signed letter relating to the direct employment that is going on in our company.
To this point, we want to congratulate you on your appointment with IRVING OIL. We wish to contact you via Phone but the time difference won’t permit. So please bear with us. We wish to inform you that we have gone through your application and interview, resume and we are satisfied in working with you.
However, according to your resume, your work experiences are quite exciting and now your eligibility to work in IRVING OIL, has been confirmed at the Company's Management board. So you are expected to get all your traveling documents ready with you through the assistance of the CANADA Immigration Attaché Consular, in Mumbai India. You can bring your family along but not more than 5 members will be allowed.
Note that the entire traveling documents and formalities required by you should be obtained through CANADA High Commission Mumbai India as your petition has been sent. According to the CANADA Immigration Service. Your file will be opened through the office of the CANADA Attaché in the CANADA Embassy on your behalf to fasten up your visa process as soon as you meet the Embassy demand by registering with them.
We have agreed that all the cost of the Non Immigrant Visa should be paid by you, which is in accordance to the Contract Appointment Letter. Moreover, the Company Management shall send your Flight Ticket when your visa is ready and the housing accommodation has been provided for you. The visa cost will be refunded back to you as soon as you resume duty in CANADA in line with the Company policy on international applicants.
