On 16th July 2020, telephone number +902500590312 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Abdullah Akbulak working for Turkiye Bankasi using email address turkiyebankasi190@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

This is to bring to your notice the resolution of our recently
concluded Board meeting with the new United Nations Secretary General
( António Guterres ) and the World Bank Group President ( Jim Yong
Kim) with Agenda focused on the unnecessary delay of your approved
payment $4,500,000 USD through ATM Money Transfer. The Federal
Ministry of Finance has stopped the transfer because $4,500,000 USD
cannot be transferred by ATM and will take years to complete payment.

In accordance to the resolution, an irrevocable payment approval has
been issued by the Federal Ministry of Finance this morning to
transfer your total payment through our Offshore Payment Bank in
Europe ( Turkiye Bankasi ) to make sure that your total funds $4.5
Million dollars is transferred directly to your bank account without
further delay. I want you to contact the personnel in charge Mr.
Abdullah AKBULAK with details below to process your Transfer
immediately.
