Dear XXX

We received your mail with the attached completed application form and the interview questionnaire copy, the information will be reviewed and officially submitted to the Australian Government Department of Employment and all other concerned authorities for your employment approval in line with the human rights, ethical labor and employment practice. Attached to this email is the employment contract agreement, read to understand the content. Upon your acceptance to the terms and conditions of the employment, do print it out, fill in your details under and sign on it. Attach the following documents;

(a); Education Qualification Documents enlisted on your resume/profile (b); International Passport Copy (c); Signed Agreement Letter
scan neatly and send back to me for further official endorsement towards the processing of your visa.
Nevertheless, having read and accepted the norms and ethics of this employment, you are requested to do the needful; read the Contract Agreement Letter completely and send a signed copy back to my email.
