Attention:

Acting in response to your visa application notice, you are to abide by the Malaysian Immigration act below:

(i) Holds a valid Home Office Visa;
(ii) Does not intend to take employment except as specified in his work permit;
(iii) Is able to maintain and accommodate himself and any dependents adequately out of resources available to him without recourse to public funds; unless the employer indicates responsibility.
It is valid for the duration of the contract and is not open-ended. Maximum time for which a Visa can be valid is five years, though this is likely to be the exception. Once your permit has been approved, it will be forwarded to the Malaysian Consulate in your location and you will be invited officially.

Below is the Visa/work permit application requirements.

1.International Workers traveler insurance policy certificate (IWTIP)
2.A scanned copy of your international passport.
3.Colored Passport sized Photograph (2 x 2 inches (45 x 35mm)
4.Signed Copy Of The Offer/Contract Letter.

THE INTERNATIONAL WORKERS TRAVELER INSURANCE POLICY (IWTIP) COVER is a mandatory requirement by the Malaysian Immigration Service, the (IWTIP) certificate is a prove that you have insurance cover in case of a medical emergency also it is a prerequisite to renew your resident/worker's permit every year. The IWTIP has benefits to the tune of $ 9,500,000.00 (NINE MILLION AND FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS) and the duration is one year, it includes benefits for loss of luggage, repatriations, medical, permanent disability and death.

The preferred insurance company by the Malaysian Immigration Service is Royal Trust Insurance Company , a Malaysian Government approved insurance company located in Kuala Lumpur. You are to contact their agent in your location and apply for the IWTIP, you will be issued a certificate so kindly Send a copy of the certificate by email as attachment to me. The Visa/Work Permit Application documents will be submitted to the Malaysian Home Office within a week to enable prompt processing and approval of your visa and work permit.

After the Visa/Work Permit has been approved, all relevant documents will be forwarded to the Malaysian Consulate in your location. Also copies of the relevant documents will be sent to you by courier, which you will be expected to present at the Malaysian Consulate upon their official invitation.

NOTE:You will be responsible for the process of your (IWTIP)International Workers Traveler Insurance Policy, Exxonmobil Oil will be responsible for the reimbursement of any expense you have made and as soon as your visa is ready you will be paid an offront first month salary together with the reimbursement of the expenses made during your visa process.
