On 15th September 2022, telephone number +4915223103376 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Melike using email address melikep31@web.de as part of a Rental Scam.


Here is the email that the scammer sent to his victims.
Thank you for the answer and also for introducing yourself. You sound really great. I am very happy to read from you and I am ready and would like to rent our apartment to you.

The room already furnished with the total rental price of €530 includes all additional costs such as: telephone / internet / cable / dishwasher / electricity / microwave / central air conditioning / laundry / water / garbage disposal / dry cleaning / refrigerator / heating and so on. A deposit in The amount of €800 will be refunded 24 hours before your departure from the apartment.

Unfortunately I am currently doing a short study of exhibition development at the Danube University Krems (Austria). I am very sorry if this causes any inconvenience.

I’ll provide you with all the necessary documents and keys to the apartment for you to move in after agreement. I’ll understand if you’re not okay with the procedure but there’s no other option :(
