For further clarification, the capital mentioned in my initial communication belongs to a Private Investor who desires to engage competent Portfolio Managers to invest the funds on his behalf but without his name on the investments. These funds can be invested in tranches of US$100,000,000.00 or a tranche that is suitable for the portfolio manager.

The Portfolio Manager will have the discretion to invest in projects he deems credible without the private investor's pre-approval or consent. He is also at liberty to determine what locations to invest and what guarantee befits whatever project he takes on for investments.

The investor's target is to earn guaranteed 3% Annual Returns notwithstanding whether the portfolio manager generates higher or lower returns from managing the funds.

The Portfolio Manager will be paid 10% of the total investment capital as his remuneration for managing the funds and for his commitment to pay the targeted 3% Annual Returns unconditionally.

Should you deem it reasonable to go further with this overture, please advise via a returned correspondence and we would be delighted to present a simplified Portfolio Management Agreement for your review and further discussions.

Sincerely,

Martin Jones
