Reference to the above subject, we write to notify you that the European Monitoring Unit came calling to this bank today, the 8th day of June and demanded your transfer documents. This bank’s officials in the Legal Department refused to give them the documents demanded.

Following this, they inquired why such volume of money should be left floating till this date. Thus, they instructed that the beneficiary be advised to clear the fund otherwise he will loose the fund after the 30th of June because EUMU will finally confiscate the money and place it into the European Union Reserve account to be used to finance the European Union Peace initiatives.

Meanwhile, our candid advice is that you furnish us with your Authority to Deduct Bill of Exchange Certificate before the stipulated date or we will have no other choice than to release the transfer documents to the European Union Monitoring Unit when they visit on the said date.
