On 30th January 2020, telephone number +442031372152 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Victor Brown using email address victorbrownfinancial@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

Thanks for your email. In order to avoid wasting our time, it is better I informed you before hands that this transaction will be closed in Dublin Ireland and unless you agree to make yourself available in Dublin, we will not like to proceed.

The sum of US$1.5 billion is available in Dublin Ireland but your present is required to make the deal a reality. No one in his right senses will release such amount to a stranger without meeting face to face. Think about this and if you are ready to proceed, I will send more details.
