Already i have written a mail to the bank about this money but the bank requested that i should present a foreign partner that will stand on my behalf to transfer the said amount that was why i appointed you to start as my representative.

Please i will like you to send an email to the bank immediately and tell them that you are my representative and you want to assist me transfer the amount of US$4.8 million Usd deposited by my late father Dr. Addai Oliver due to my refugee statues here in Dakar.
