On 24th July 2022, telephone number +393509258702 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Claude Proulx using email address claudeproulx1212@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

I was assigned to dispatch your long awaiting fund to you, which has been programmed into MASTER ATM CARD for security reason, due to the Covid-19 situation globally, I have made arrangement
with a delivery company for onward delivery to you within 48 hours at your doorpost.

But, you are to pay for the delivery fees only to enable the delivery company move to your country immediately for delivery, a directive on how to send the fees would be given to you as soon as we hear from you.

For proper identification at the point of delivery, you are advised to provide a scan copy of your ID.
