14th October 2022 - Advance Fee Fraud Scam

On 14th October 2022, telephone number +380932331895 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Rinat Sambat using email address rinat.samba01@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you that I have signed the beneficiary transfer authorization letter requested by the bank to give my consent to transfer the funds to you as my foreign beneficiary and below are the require details I need from you to forward to the bank to enable the bank contact you with the transfer procedure to transfer my inheritance sum of $15,600,000.00 to your bank account so that I can make arrangement to join you over there to enable you help me invest my own share of the balance after you have collected your 25% commission service charges and extra 5% set aside for you to cover the bank processing charges to complete the transfer and send you a copy of the slip to enable you take it to your bank for confirmation.

Please due to high rate of scammers/impostors hoovering over the global internet I will request we have just a few mins face time video call through whatsapp because Russian invaders has destroyed most of our telecommunication providers making 85% of Ukrainian now use whhatsapp as the alternative means of communication at the moment due to the fact that we have a free internet service from Elon Musk and most time we live in the bunker for safety making it almost impossible to have a direct telephone conversation.
