19th March 2022 - Loan Scam
On 19th March 2022, telephone number +31656745577 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Paul Hance working for ING Bank using email address paulhance@ingbk.nl as part of a Loan Scam.
Here is the email that the scammer sent to his victims.
Dear valued customer,
This is to inform you that we did receive your request for a loan.
However, our terms of service which are clearly stated below must be agreed upon
before any further step can be taken. If everything is fine, we can pay
you within one week.
(1) For security reasons, this bank has insurance registration cover
in case of future loss/death occurrence by both parties. So the loan
will be insured/registered under the stipulated law of Loan
Association/IMF (International Monetary Funds).
(2) The stated sum of money due for loaning must be paid back within a
minimum period .
(3) The loan attracts an interest rate of (2%).
(4) In the course of the loan term duration, a constant monthly payment
will be paid by you.
(5) Late payment of monthly installment has a penalty of 0,5% increase.
Please fill out the loan application form on the attached file and send it back to us by email to enable us to process your file.
You are also required to send a copy of your identification document i.e passport or driver's license copy.
