29th January 2024 - Advance Fee Fraud Scam

On 29th January 2024, telephone number +256750512636 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Johnson L. Dominic using email address ubainternational@qualityservice.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.

In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

I know that this email may come to you as a surprise especially from a stranger whom you have not met nor have any clue of, considering the fact that there are many scam mails through the Internet. Irrespective of that I appeal to you to grant me an audience to air this opportunity of mutual benefit.

I'm a Citizen of Uganda, based in Kampala, I work as a broker. In this capacity I am privileged to be serving as facilitator in providing and recommending investment opportunities for top government officials / well-placed individuals in East Africa who want to diversify their investments overseas, that can guarantee (5%-10%) Annual Return on Investments (ROI), What we seek is partnership with you, which will be under you and your company control and management for a term of 10 years (Renewable).
