The transaction is labelled a case of funds-diversion by a group of criminal syndicates who tried to secure the money from the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey using your data. My office is in charge of dispatching unverified and Illicit Financial Flows (IFFs) associated with American citizens within the European region and the African continent.
The unclaimed funds have been directed to the UN dispatch office in Kenya with the mandate to release it to the UN office in New York. As the executive officer in charge, we contacted you as part of the verification process to trigger the release of the recovered funds if the person whose name is listed can reconfirm ownership of the unclaimed funds.
