On 21st July 2023, telephone number +2349054604679 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Fatoumata Ndiaye using email address integrityvpresident@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

Kindly be informed that the Bank for International Settlement Special Committee on International Fund Transfer Unit and the United Nations Office Of International Oversight Services have the mandate of the new president of Nigeria (Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu) to help the newly appointed Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Mrs. (Dr.) Zainab Shamsuna Ahmed release/settle all payments owned to foreign beneficiaries by the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Since our arrival in Nigeria on Wednesday, July 12th, 2023, we have had so many difficulties in going through all the files presented to us by the Finance Ministry due to the complicity, manipulation and alteration of the payment files which we believe were intentionally done by the past government. We have also noticed that most of the scam/fraud activities perpetrated in the USA, Asia and Europe are done by Nigerians in diaspora.

However, with the help of our team of financial experts, we have been able to retrieve the names and email addresses of Twenty- Five(25) affected foreign beneficiaries which you are among. As you are reading this message, the Federal Government of Nigeria in conjunction with Bank for International Settlement Special Committee on International Fund Transfer Unit and the United Nations Office Of International Oversight Services have listed the beneficiaries that will receive their payments as soon as possible and we have started the disbursement of approved funds to their rightful beneficiaries.

Note: We agreed with the government of Nigeria to pay a total sum of $2,500.000.00 (Two Million and Five Hundred Thousands United States Dollars) as compensation to the scam victims and other beneficiaries whose actual contract/inheritance amount was compromised/ alterated.

You are hereby advised to go through the attached file and reconfirm to us your approved payment amount, payment approval number and payment release code to enable us ascertain that you are the true beneficiary of the approved funds before we proceed any further.
