In line with our recent review on failed contractual payments which were meant to have been completed by the past government, we have had series of meetings with the Central Bank Governor and the Finance minister of Nigeria on this subject matter to ascertain the names of real contractors whose contracts were completed and delivered. It was on this note that we have selected 15 contractors that will receive their payment this last quarter of the year hence we are doing everything possible to adhere to the instruction of the World Bank and IMF.

It will interest you that we are not leaving any stone un-turned hence all your interest as accrued will definitely be added in the second part of your payment. However, we plead for your kind understanding to accept receiving your payments in bits hence we are working in alliance with the approval from our state national assembly on debt matters and funds made available by the CBN.
