15th April 2020 - Advance Fee Fraud Scam

On 15th April 2020, telephone number +2348090573392 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Jerry Ugo working for Access Bank Nigeria Plc using email address mrjerryugo@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

Dear Fellow Beneficiary,

My name is James Earl ,a citizen of Canada, I have been trying to claim
my fund valued Four Million Five Hundred Thousand dollars($4,50000.000) from Nigeria
Government since 2011 without progress, the fraudsters keep on asking me
to send money by western union, money gram, bank transfer for one reason
or the other which made me lost over $167,000, all the document they
sent to me was fake .I decided to travel to Nigeria with some vital
information that I have from a friend who claimed his fund valued $6M
with the assistance of one man Mr Jerry Ugo, Financial Controller
Access Bank Nigeria plc., who is a very good Christian.

I open communication with Mr Jerry Ugo, who so much assisted me, I
spent only 3 working days and claimed my fund in full payment into my
bank accounts in Canada and Thailand. I only spent little amount ($450) only for legal
documents. I also came back with my ORIGINAL DOCUMENT as a proof of
ownership.

I also saw your file next to my own, Your fund is ready to be released. I just
decided to notify you because I know that you must have been victimized
by the fraudsters in Nigeria/America who claims to be top government officials
in charge of your payment.

The only solution is to stop all communication with any
body and contact :
