On 1st September 2018, telephone number +2348074613981 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Andy Best using email address inf.office2014@yandex.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

I am writing to inform you that We thank God that you are not going to pay any money to anybody for shipping fee to receive your fund because they have waive the fees for you to receive your fund after i have explain to them on you behalf that you have suffered so long and yet you have not receive your registered ATM CARD fund package which is awaiting claim since. And i decided to use DHL Courier company service now, instead of FedEx because of THERE BETTER SERVICE HERE.

As for my agreement with the DHL Courier Company today, they promised me that your registered ATM CARD will leave this Country as soon as they received your delivering address as its needed, But the Director of the DHL COURIER COMPANY said that they need only AIR BOND CLEARANCE FEE which will BE OBTAIN and your contacts information’s to enable them meet up and locate you immediately the Diplomat Agent arrived to your Country. Please write a letter of application of claims to the given address below.
