Here is the email that the scammer sent to his victims.
Dear Sir/Madam,

I will like to know if your company can handle a contract supply of your products to the Government of Ghana. There is an on-going Tender for the supply of various products in large quantity. This Tender is open to Foreign company/suppliers whose company products meet international standards.


Terms of Payment: If the Order is given to your company, An upfront payment of 80% (T/T) will be made to your account, while 20% will be paid before shipment.


Note:YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO TENDER REGISTRATION WITH THE Project Procurement.

I am Accredited agent with National Procurement Commission.
