Attn:

Sir,

You were referred to me by my professional colleague Mohammed IBN Mohammed concerning your interest in investing our client’s fund.

Referring to your last email, we cannot sponsor your trip to Accra Ghana because we need a partner who has the financial strength and capacity to handle $620,000,000.00. This means that if you cannot handle your own expenses to actualize this transaction, we cannot work together because it takes money to make more money.

Having made myself clear as in above, if you decide that you can get involve, I want you to give me a brief of your company’s profile, your investment plans for the $620,000,000.00 and your estimated return on the investment (ROI)? Also, I need you to provide me with your direct telephone and Whatsapp numbers for quicker communication.

The answers to the above requests will aid me in giving the fund owner a presentation on his intended investor (you) before giving you further details.

Best regards

Sir,

Thanks for your prompt email. Attached is my international passport as
my identification.

This is a follow up to your email indicating your interest in my
proposal.

There is availability of US$200,000,000.00 in the Treasury Account of
Fidelity Bank Ghana for intelligent safekeeping. The owner has
instructed me to arrange a Fund Manager with credibility, integrity and
capacity to manage this sum for a long period of 10 years or more from
the date of receipt of the Investment Capital.

This transaction requires a face to face (Physical) meeting in Ghana
where both parties will identify who they are dealing with. A
transaction of US$200,000,000.00 cannot be executed without a physical
meeting to confirm that all parties are who they claim they are.
Professionally it will be too risky to entrust the sum of
US$200,000,000.00 in the hand of someone we have not met for the first
time. I am sure you will agree with me on the above subject matter.

The following information is required from you to process your Visa on
Arrival, banking documentation and for drafting Fund Management
Agreement/Non-Disclosure Agreement that will be signed by both parties
during the meeting. I therefore advised you to kindly send the requested
information below to complete the needful.

{1} Full Name:
{2} Company Name:
{3} Position in the Company.
{4} Year of Business Establishment.
{5} Business & Contact Address:
{6} Office Phone Number.
{7} WhatsApp/Mobile Phone Number.
{8} Copy of International Passport

You are to invest and manage US$200,000,000.00 for a period of 10 years.
You shall retain 15% Investment Management Fee from the
US$200,000,000.00 (Two Hundred Million Dollars only) and to be deducted
by you upon receipt of the US$200,000,000.00 (Two Hundred Million
Dollars only). Nevertheless, you will at the same time retain 25% Net
Profit from every investment established with my client’s share.
Miscellaneous and Out of Pocket Expense will be invoiced and reimbursed
at closing.

My client has no special areas of interest for investment and therefore
you are to use your discretion to invest wisely for my client. Above
all, you will have an 18 months Grace Period before Return on Investment
will be paid to my client. In addition, you are to inform to me in
writing your targeted Return on Investment payable annually to my
client.

Finally, before I can proceed to provide more details, I will wait to
receive your response as regards to your readiness to fly to Ghana to
close this deal with us as explained above.
