On 18th December 2017, telephone number +22968606978 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Edwin Donald using email address d.donaald3963@yahoo.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

This is the second time i am sending you this notification letter regarding to your abandoned ATM Visa Card valued sum of US$10.5Million and i have not received any positive respond from you or making a suggestion on how you wish to receive your ATM Card, Once again, I am Dr. Edwin Donald, The New Director ATM Head of Operation UBA of Africa Benin Republic, I resumed to this office on the 5th of August 2017 and during my official research I discovered an abandoned ATM Visa card valued sum of $10.5Million belonging to you as the rightfully intimate beneficiary, I tried to know why this card has not been released to you but I was told by the UBA board of management that the former director ATM head of operation who left this office two months ago withhold your card for his own personal use without knowing that his evil plans towards diverting your fund will be discovered.
