On 10th August 2021, telephone number +22899644997 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be H. R. H. Sheikh Ahmed Mustapha Konate working as CEO for ?Grand Plus Mining International using email address grandplusmininginternationaltg@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

I am ready to okay the sales of our stock commodities to you, we have high quality gold, class diamond stones, carefully collected HMS 1 and 2, used rails, copper scrap, aluminum scrap and used batteries. We have crude oil already inspected by SGS in a bulk vessel on board Togo waters and I am the direct owner of the commodities and I am seeking to partner with foreign coordinates in my interest to export my products and import certain materials as well. I am looking for a ship with bulk tonnage for the export of crude oil and import of refined petroleum products.
