8th October 2019 - Advance Fee Fraud Scam

On 8th October 2019, telephone number +14806055693 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Capital One Bank using email address capitalonetransferunit@financier.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

Please do not make a public show or media representation of this because I do not want to be plagued by countless demands. To complete this agreement, you are now required to place my designated bank in United States Of America (Capital One Bank) where I have invested and held some of my personal wealth, I have informed them completely about you and look forward to your email.

You are required to pay $1200 to the Bank for the charity registration fee, and the fee is very compulsory because you will be part of our Charity Foundation once you receive this donation. The bank will inform you how to send the payment as soon as you contact them. Please do not use this money for drug trafficking. You must invest well and be a blessing for others.
