1st March 2020 - Rental Scam
On 1st March 2020, telephone number +14049133012 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Dennis Bradford using email address dennisbradford331@gmail.com as part of a Rental Scam.
Here is the email that the scammer sent to his victims.
Sublease is available for 1 - 12 month or so. A month to month terms can also be arranged with the possibility to extend. Total move in deposit is $2,300 (First month rent of $1,150/month and refundable security deposit of $1,150). All utilities are included in the month rent and also one free covered parking space is assigned to the unit. W/D and AC is in the unit.
If we were to move forward with the sublease/rental process I would have to mail the keys to you once you've signed the lease agreement, paid the total move in cost and then you can move in.
Due to innumerable scam on Craigslist, I understand if you are leery of renting sight unseen, but for the safety of both sides attached is a copy of my ID and I can also email you my Master lease as an applicable validation just so you know this is legit. To commence the sublease process, attached is the rental application for you to fill out in order for me to get the paperwork underway.

30th January 2020 - Rental Scam
On 30th January 2020, telephone number +14049133012 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Dennis Bradford using email address dennisbradford771@gmail.com as part of a Rental Scam.

Hope this email finds you healthy and happy. I'm super interested in a short term sublease as I'm juggling in between Nashville and Atlanta for the next few months. The unit comes furnished and available for immediate move in.
Sublease is available for 1 to 12 month or longer. A month to month terms can also be arranged. Total move in deposit of $1,800 (First month rent of $900/month and refundable security deposit of $900) is due upon signing the sublease agreement. All utilities are included in the month rent and also one free covered parking space is assigned to the unit.
I understand you'd like to schedule a home tour but due to my current situation and the fact that you're not presently in Nashville then a home tour won't be possible, however all pictures listed of the apartment is the exact portrayal of the unit so you can rest assured.
If we were to move forward with the sublease/rental process I would have to mail the keys to you once you've signed the lease agreement, paid the total move in cost and then you can move in.
