Hello and Good Day,

I have completed my request to retrieve your consignment for immediate
delivery to you. The US Diplomatic Security has approved my delivery
of your consignment having checked my submitted documents.

You are immediately required to forward your International Certificate
of True Beneficiary - ICTB. I guess and hope you have your ICTB at
hand. This ICTB is that document supposedly issued to you by the
Nigerian High Commission in USA as the True beneficiary of this
consignment. This is the ONLY requirement from your end as the other
documents such as Delivery Permit as well as Non-Inspection clearances
are already with me.

I beleive you already have this ICTB and I want you to forward it to
me immediately via email attachment. If however, you do not have it,
it will cost you a Stamp Duty fee of $200 ONLY at the Nigerian High
Commission in New York to obtain it.

Check yourself ASAP and get back to me.

I do not have much time to waste here in Dallas.

Feel free to give me a FREE chat via WhatsApp messenger.

Awaiting your timely action.
