LETTER OF APPOINTMENT

With reference to the application you submitted, we are pleased to appoint you as a staff nurse in the Cyprus Health Centre with the following conditions.

1. COMMENCEMENT DATE
You are to report at the office on April 6, 2020. Before then, your resident and work permit and other necessary documents will be processed and forwarded to you. Consequently, you will pay the sum of eight hundred and sixty Euro (€860.00) into the designated account of our official traveling agency which we are going to recommend to you later. This is to enable them get all your traveling papers ready.

2. SALARY AND BENEFITS
As a newly recruited nurse, your start up salary is four thousand five hundred and fifty euro (€4,550.00) monthly (inclusive of wardrobe allowances). A free accommodation has also been made available for you in our staff’s lodge.

3. PLACE OF WORK
Your initial employment location will be at Nicosia city in Cyprus. However, your services are transferable to any of our branches within the country or abroad, at the sole discretion of the hospital’s management.

4. WORKING HOURS
The shift timings will be based on process/program requirements and when explained by your superiors.
