On 14th December 2018, telephone number +12815495715 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Mark A Williams using email address diplomaticmarkwilliams@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

I'm diplomatic agent Mr Mark A Williams, i have been trying to reach you on your email about four hours now, just to inform you about my successful arrival in Atlantic city international airport new jersey, with your ATM card package. which i have been instructed by DHL express courier company to be delivered to you.

The airport authority demanded for all the legal back up papers to prove to them that the package ready delivery i have presented the papers i handed to them and they are very much pleased with the papers i presented but the only thing that is still keeping me here is the airport custom yellow tag and international delivery permit certificate. which is not placed on the package, one of the airport authority has advise that we get the custom yellow tag and international delivery permit certificate which will cost $75.
