4th August 2022 - Advance Fee Fraud Scam

On 4th August 2022, telephone number +12038680117 was reported as being used by scammers to pretend to be Richard Mills using email address milljrrichardusa@gmail.com as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam.
In Advance Fee Fraud Scams, the scammer will offer you something of high value (a large sum of money or gold for example) and all you have to do is pay a "small" fee. What the scammer is offering you does not actually exist and the scammer will come up with fee after fee that needs to be paid by the victims, until he either runs out of money or realises that he has been scammed. The scammer will often pretend to be real people or companies, use fake websites and introduce various characters, all with the aim of convincing the victim that what is being offered to him is real.

united nation commission to you . You have never met me nor did
transact any business with me.

During my investigation as An Ambassador to Nigeria , I discovered An
abandoned shipment through a Diplomat from United Kingdom to
JTweed-New Haven Regional Airport (HVN) in Stratford, CT USA.

Let me Repeat again , The shipper abandoned it and ran away most
importantly because he gave a false declaration, he could not pay for
the International Consignment Money Movement Clearance Certificate, he
could not secure a valid International Consignment Money Movement
Clearance Certificate document(s), etc. I am ready to assist you in
any way I can for you to get back this packages provided you will also
give me something out of it (financial gratification). You can either
come in person, or you engage the services of a secure
shipping/delivery.
