I want to know if these following two numbers are scammers are not: 44 131 510 3954 and 44 131 618 7605. They claim to be from the National Bank in Edinburgh, saying I won 2 000 000 US Dollars, and I need to transfer R16 200 in order for them to deliver the cheque.
