There are a lot of international banks that allows foreigners to get a SCHEDULE B BANK (this is like a subordinate bank) what happens is that when you deposit money in a schedule B bank, you have to deposit it with a central bank simply because you don’t have a schedule A bank. The central bank will give you a line of credit that is 10 or 20 times multiples of the deposit amount. It is a function of CAPITAL ADEQUACY RATIO of the central bank with the sub banks. For example if you deposit 500,000 usd in the central bank, the central bank will give your SCHEDULE B bank a line of credit of 10 times more then you will have 5m usd. This is not free money it’s a line of credit . And then if you for example go to North America for project financing you put down the 5m usd just like what you normally do when you want to buy a house and remember that you will just put down 20% and the bank loans you 80% because of your credit line it’s same thing in this process

So you put down the 5m usd and the bank gives you 20m usd because of your SCHEDULE B BANK CREDIT LINE. So this is how 500,000 usd becomes 20m usd

Another way of Raising funds is by being a monetizer

What happen is that you go to a Tier 2 or Tier 3 bank like in a different legal jurisdiction for example you go to banks that have solid foundations but they don’t have enough capital.

Then you open a custodian bank with that bank and then you tell the world that you monetize banking instruments so what happens is that people that get’s line of credit and they want to Monetize it they will come to you for example line of credit of 100m usd from a top bank (only accept line of credit from the Top 30 banks) then take their line of credit to your tier 2 or tier bank that you have open a custodian account with, Remember that these tier 3 banks their paper is worthless so when you bring a line of credit of 100m usd from a tier 1 bank to these tier 3 bank the tier 1 bank can go to the central bank and use it get a almost a billion dollar line of credit and they can give you 500m usd in form of a NON RECOURSE LOAN or in form of like an ordinary loan but in general you will be getting something bigger because every bank has a private confidential agreement with the central bank and you give out commission to instrument owner and the brokers involved
