Find the below amendment in our FRESH CUT OR LEASE INSTRUMENT FOR ANY BUYER

Procedure for the procurement of $50-300 million Lease/Purchase SBLC Instrument:

1. Beneficiary send his LOI to Provider.
2. Provider Send it's DOA/Proforma Invoice to Beneficiary.
3. Beneficiary send Preadvice to Provider Bank and Provider Bank responds with an RWA.
4. Beneficiary Banks send B.G based on approved vergbiage and agreed LTV.
5. Provider sends MT 760: after confirmation, B.G crystalized into cash.
6. Transaction close.

However, If Provider fails to send MT 760 within the agreed time range: the Beneficiary shall recall the entire fund via the issued Bank Guarantee.
