The SRA has been informed that members of the public have received emails from "Rita Phillip", supposedly from "Anxiom Stone" or "Anion Stone Firm". The emails relate to a businessman seeking to purchase property abroad from the recipients of the emails, requesting the proposed seller pays a deposit.

The emails seen by the SRA have been sent from the email address law.anxiomstone@consultant.com, providing the telephone number+44 144 085 7589 and an address of DVS House, 4 Spring Villa Road, Edgware, HA8 7EB, United Kingdom. The SRA understands that this address is being misused as it is the genuine address of a genuine firm of solicitors (see below).

The SRA does not authorise or regulate any firms called "Anxiom Stone" or "Aniom Stone Firm". The SRA does not authorise or regulate any individual called "Rita Phillip". Therefore, any business or transactions through "Anxiom Stone", "Aniom Stone Firm" or "Rita Phillip" through the contact details listed above, are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice or an individual authorised or regulated by the SRA.
