We had officially submitted your visa application form to the U.S. Department of State: Bureau of Consular Affairs and we have just been updated with "Notification of Applicant Readiness" form; which you have been requested by the "U.S. Department of States" to confirm your readiness for visa appointment at the U.S Embassy in your resident country (Qatar)
This measure is to establish your embassy appointment schedule and guarantee that all documents including the official embassy appointment letter gets to the right applicant safely.
***You are advised to complete the form and Submit; with the details of your current home address at which we can locate you with your travel documents by DHL.
The official 'Embassy Appointment Letter' and other documents required by the consular will be delivered to you via DHL delivery service before your visit to the U.S Embassy in Doha, Qatar for interview and visa collection.
