The website provides the telephone number "+33 7579 06391" and the email addresses "info@finlayclydes.com" and barristerernstfriedrich@finlayclydes.com. It also provides the postal addresses 25 Rue Bretonneau, 37000 Tours, France; 21 Charlotte Street, London, W1T 1RJ, United Kingdom and 1912 E Street, NW Washington DC 20415, United States. It also provides the SRA number for a genuine firm of solicitors.
The website also claims that "Ernst Friedrich" is senior partner, with the email address Ernst.friedrich@finlayclydes.com. It also misuses the names of four genuine solicitors, providing a number of email addresses ending with "@finlayclydes.com".
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm of solicitors called Finlay Clydes, nor does it authorise and regulate a solicitor with the name Ernst Friedrich.
