Scam alert from the Solicitors Regulation Authority website:
The SRA has been informed that several companies have received emails falsely claiming to be from Gary Cooper of "Greenberg Traurig Maher LLP" in respect of transfer of funds regarding an acquisition.

The emails seen by the SRA were sent from the following email address gary.cooper@greenberggtlaw.com.

The emails provide the address 200 Gray’s Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HF, telephone number +44.20.8144.4851 and fax number +44.20.3318.5340

Any business or transactions through the email address gary.cooper@greenberggtlaw.com, telephone number +44.20.8144.4851 and fax number +44.20.3318.5340 is not undertaken by a solicitor’s practice or an individual authorised or regulated by the SRA.
