Following our recent discussions, we are delighted to offer you the position of QUANTITY SURVEYOR at VAPGAS OIL CORP CANADA.[JOB CLASS CODE: 0382]. This Contract is hereby issued to you after all due employment protocol was observed on your application and the successful interview answers provided by you. VAPGAS oil corp canada management has decided to offer you aposition in VapGas in order to showcase your abilities to improve and contribute to the development of the company. You will berequired to sign a paper copy of employment contract and the offer letter based on the conditions stated below; you are hereby directed to make all necessary arrangement to report to our office on the resumption date mentioned below. We are confident you will find this new opportunity both challenging and rewarding. The following points outline the terms and conditions we are proposing. Position: You will be designated as “ QUANTITY SURVEYOR †Job Description: As a QUANTITY SURVEYOR, your main task are as follows:
1. Prepare work sheet analysis and segregate category of work involved in the project proposal.
2. Evaluate quotations obtained from different suppliers & subcontractors, ensure quantities and specifications are in line with tender and projects specifications.
3. Submit a consolidated (BOQ) Bill Of Quantity in the format required by the client.
4. Assist in preparing cost estimate for different phases of the project, advice the project management on possible cost over runs and on the action necessary to remain within the approved project budget.
5. Work very close with the project team to ensure that measurements, variations and contractual matters are properly recorded and notified.
6. Perform material take offs prior to the purchase requisitions for the projects and report any irregularities or discrepancies to the project management.
7. Initiate contractual correspondence and attend meetings as required by the contract manager and project manager to ensure that company’s interests are protected always.
8. Perform and implement all post contract duties including but not limited to measurements, preparation of variations orders, analysis of site design changes, interim valuation certificates, final accounts and evaluation reports.
9. Maintain proper records of agreed measurement-oriented/Item rate variation with the client’s authorized representative and ensure compliance with such rates.
Date of Joining:
Your appointment will come into effect from the date of your joining duties, which should not be later than January 14th, 2019 failing which the offer can be withdrawn.
Resignation: Should you wish to resign your employment in VAPGAS OIL CORP CANADA you will be required to provide 8 weeks’ written notice to enable us transition your work and this Agreement be amended only by a writing that is signed by both parties.

Medical
You will be covered under Medical Insurance Policy of the company/or provide with VapGas Oil Corp Company card upon obtaining the VapGas Oil Corp Company ID.
Air Ticket:
The Company shall provide the Employee with round trip economy excursion air ticket from Canada to home country (nearest International Airport) for every 1 year of continued service with the Company. Other benefits shall include;

** A Fixed land phone and computer with Internet package.

** Citizenship application sponsoring support
** Visa Expenses will be reimbursed upon arrival in Canada as your first benefit.
** Your Air Ticket (Economy Class) from your home country to Canada.
Leave Entitlement.
You are eligible for a paid leave of 30 days after continuous service of 12 months as per VapGas Oil Corp Company law upon obtaining BC ID. However, granting of leave days are subject to leave availability /exigencies of work. The Employee may not waive this vacation or request cash compensation instead.
Employment Status: Full time with the following essentials.
Contract Period
Four (4) years first Contract can be renewed at mutual consent. The contract can be terminated by giving one month's notice by either party
Probationary Period:
Your probation period will be 3 months, which can further be extended by another 3 months. Your work performance and suitability shall be reviewed over this time. The probationary period will form part of continuous period of employment. During this period, should your performance and suitability for the position be deemed to be unsatisfactory, then it is understood and acknowledged that the Company may terminate this agreement in accordance with applicable labor laws. End of Service:
The Employee shall be entitled to severance pay also known as End of Service benefits or gratuity in accordance with applicable law.
Regulations:: In case of interference, insubordination or dishonesty or unauthorized absence or any other misconduct, the services can be terminated without any notice.
Hours of work: On cessation of employment from the company either by way of resignation, termination or superannuation’s, developments and invention made during your employment with us. You shall not disclose technical information or business information or any other proprietary information that you are preview to during employment.
Regulations.
You will be bound by company regulations and ethics, either written or as practiced, and as modified. You will be governed by the company rules and VapGas Oil Corp Company Labor Laws in respect of any matter not covered by this letter. It may also be noted that this Offer Letter is subject to your being medically fit, meeting the requirements of VapGas Oil Corp Company regulations.
Work Location:
You will be based at our office or site or will be required to work from our clients/Consultant's Contractor's office/site.office as determined by the needs of the business. Your service, at any time be transferred to any other place of business of the company now existing or to be acquired in future, from one department to another, from one office to other office, to any of our business situated in VapGas Oil Corp Company in the same or anyother capacity as the management may at its sole discretion deem it fit. In such cases, you will be governed by the rules & regulations of that office as the case may be.
Confidentiality
You shall treat all information concerning the business or affairs of the company as confidential and not divulge any information to anyone except with the written consent of the company.
Non-Disclosure Terms:
On cessation of employment from the company either by way of resignation, termination or superannuation’s, developments and invention made during your employment with us. You shall not disclose technical information or business information or any other proprietary information that you are preview to during employment.
General Terms:
Your appointment and placement on the rolls of the company is on the basis of the information furnished by you and in the event of such furnished by you is found materially inaccurate or false, your services are liable to be terminated immediately in addition to and without prejudice to any what so-ever right of action the company may have against you.
Acceptance: Please sign and return the duplicate copy of this as a token of your acceptance. Further, kindly furnish the following documents immediately to us;
1. Signed acceptance of the offer
2. Passport copies
3. Copies of Educational Certificates
The above documents should be scanned and mailed to the undersigned within 2 working days of the receipt of this offer, failing which the offer will automatically lapse.
Documents to be brought on the day of joining:
1: Original Passport
2: Original Educational Certificates
3: Three copies of colored passport size photographs in smart formal dress.
All other terms and conditions of this offer are subject to the existing visa, Immigration and other laws of VapGas Oil Corp Company.
