Scam Alert from the Solicitors Regulation Authority website:
The SRA has been informed that a website “www.henryrochesterimmigration.com” is operating.

The website claims to be for a law firm called “Henry Rochester Immigration” with “highly qualified, trained and experienced solicitors”. This website is not a website for a genuine firm of solicitors.

The website provides a postal address of “68-72 Leonard Street London EC2 4QX”, a telephone number of “+44 203 813 2983” a fax number of “+44 203 813 0000” and an email address of “info@henryrochesterimmigration.com”.

The website describes “Henry Rochester LL.M(UK) LL.B” as the “Principal Solicitor”. The SRA does not authorise or regulate a solicitor called “Henry Rochester”.

The SRA has also been informed that a member of public has received an email claiming to be from “Henry Rochester, Principle Solicitor, Henry Rochester Immigration”. The email asked the recipient to open an attachment to download an application form for a Tier 2 (General) Visa. The email also asked the recipient to send certain documents, and to pay a visa application fee on approval.

Any business or transactions through “Henry Rochester Immigration”, using the website or the contact details provided above are not undertaken by a solicitor's firm authorised and regulated by the SRA.
