The website claims to be for a law firm called “Henry Rochester Immigration†with “highly qualified, trained and experienced solicitorsâ€. This website is not a website for a genuine firm of solicitors.
The website provides a postal address of “68-72 Leonard Street London EC2 4QXâ€, a telephone number of “+44 203 813 2983†a fax number of “+44 203 813 0000†and an email address of “info@henryrochesterimmigration.comâ€.
The website describes “Henry Rochester LL.M(UK) LL.B†as the “Principal Solicitorâ€. The SRA does not authorise or regulate a solicitor called “Henry Rochesterâ€.
The SRA has also been informed that a member of public has received an email claiming to be from “Henry Rochester, Principle Solicitor, Henry Rochester Immigrationâ€. The email asked the recipient to open an attachment to download an application form for a Tier 2 (General) Visa. The email also asked the recipient to send certain documents, and to pay a visa application fee on approval.
