From the WhoIs for ucbsolicitors.co.uk:The SRA has been informed that a website "www.ucbsolicitors.co.uk" is operating.
The website claims to be for a firm called "UC BRIGHTSON SOLICITOR’S LLP". This website is not a website for a genuine firm of solicitors. The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm called “UC BRIGHTSON SOLICITOR’S LLPâ€.
The website provides a telephone number of “+442035148706â€, a postal address in Ilford Lane, London and an email address of "contact@ucbsolicitors.co.uk".
The SRA has also been informed that members of public have been contacted by (or told to contact) an individual claiming to be called "Martin Fusco", who claims to be a solicitor and to be working with or connected to "UC BRIGHTSON SOLICITOR’S LLP". We understand the contact with "Martin Fusco" sometimes related to a proposed business investment.
The SRA has seen a document presented by "Martin Fusco", purporting to be from the SRA and claiming he was admitted as a solicitor on 3 September 2012. The SRA does not authorise or regulate a solicitor by the name "Martin Fusco".
The SRA has also been provided with a copy of a business card from "Martin Fusco" of "UC BRIGHTON SOLICITOR’S LLP" which, in addition to the telephone number 0203 5148 706, also provides a contact number of 07909 145183 and an email address of mfusco@ucbsolicitors.co.uk.
Any business or transactions through "UC BRIGHTON SOLICITOR’S LLP" or "Martin Fusco", e.g. using the website or the contact details provided above, are not undertaken by a firm or a solicitor authorised and regulated by the SRA.
