The email seen by the SRA refers to an attached “Work Permit VAF2 & Entry Clearance Application forms†and the sender invites the recipient to fill and return the application forms. The email also asks the recipient to provide supportive document such as academic/professional certificates, passport, Driver’s license, a passport photograph and “Entry Security clearance approval from the UK Metropolitan Police Department“.
The email gives the email addresses of info@tlbsolicitorsllp.com and “tlbsolicitorllp@yahoo.com and also provides a telephone number of +441204238177 and fax number of +448447741984.
The SRA also understands that a website “www.tlbsolicitorsllp.com†is operating.
The website claims to be for a Law firm based in London and Essex. The website also provides the additional contact number of +4411332004175 and fax number of +442034044733. It also gives the names Luciano Uvieghara, Anita Wilson, George William Brown and Mrs Maria Katherine as being lawyers at the firm.
