The website claims to be for a law firm called “Watson Clark LLP†or “Watson Clarkâ€. This website is not a website for a genuine firm of solicitors. The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm called "Watson Clark LLP" (or “Watson Clarkâ€).
The website misuses cloned information and photographs from the website of a genuine firm of solicitors with a similar name, renaming one of the individuals as “Mark Clark†and also misusing the address of the genuine firm of solicitors (see below). The website also provides a telephone number of “+441618505926†and an email address of “info@watsonclarksolicitor.comâ€.
The website lists “Mark Clark†and “Jonathan Crawford" as individuals who work at the firm in the section "our team".
Any business or transactions through "Watson Clark LLP" using the website, contact details or individuals named above are not undertaken by a solicitor's firm authorised and regulated by the SRA.
