From the WhoIs for westviewsolicitors.com:The SRA has been informed that members of the public have received emails and faxes claiming to be from James Beresford.
The emails and faxes falsely claim that Mr Beresford is an "Attorney" at "Westview Solicitors". The correspondence relates to an unclaimed inheritance. The emails seen by the SRA have been sent from "jb@westviewsolicitors.com".
The emails and faxes also provide an alternative email address of "baresfordj@gmail.com", telephone numbers of "+44 7391 823 508" and "+44 1133448613" and a fax number of "+ 44 113 344 8614". They also provide a postal address of "Airedale House, 423 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, LS4 2EW" and a false SRA ID of "382419".
The emails and faxes also provide a website address of http://www.westviewsolicitors.com. This website provides the contact details above and claims that several solicitors work at "Westview Solicitors". None of these individuals are authorised and regulated by the SRA apart from James Beresford and Adrian Williams.
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm named "Westview Solicitors".
Any business or transactions carried out through the email addresses and telephone numbers above, or through "Westview Solicitors", are not undertaken by a genuine solicitor's practice or an individual authorised or regulated by the SRA.
