The website http://www.ahfitzgerald.com misuses the names and details of some genuine solicitors. It also refers to a Mr Yomtov Eliezer Jacobs. The details appear to have been taken from Companies House records for a genuine firm of the same name (see below). The SRA does not authorise or regulate a genuine individual named Yomtov Eliezer Jacobs.
The website http://www.ahfitzgerald-solicitorsltd.com refers to six individuals as being lawyers, attorneys or solicitors. The website specifically refers to two of the individuals as being solicitors, Charles Garrett and William Coghlan. None of the individuals referred to on the website, including William Coghlan and Charles Garrett, are regulated or authorised by the SRA.
Both websites referred to above misuse the postal address of a genuine firm of Solicitors, please see below. The website "www.ahfitzgerald-solicitorsltd.com" also lists its telephone numbers as (0) 845 486 0644 and (0) 203 695 9483.
